আপনার প্রতিটি কেনাকাটা এবং প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট যাতে সঠিক থাকে, আমরা সেই লক্ষেই কাজ করে যাচ্ছি। এর পরেও যদি কোনো কারণে প্রোডাক্টে ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ফল্ট থাকে বা প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাবার পর কাজ না করে, রঙ বা সাইজ অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের থেকে ভিন্ন হয়, তাহলে এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিটার্ন করার সুযোগ রয়েছে।
প্রোডাক্ট মিসিং বা ভিন্ন প্রোডাক্টের অভিযোগের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারির সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্য চেক করতে হবে অথবা আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ধারণ করতে হবে। আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ছাড়া এই ধরনের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

☞দোস্তি প্রায় সব প্রোডাক্টের জন্য ৭ দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি দেয় এবং কিছু প্রোডাক্টে ভিন্ন মেয়াদের ওয়ারেন্টি থাকতে পারে, যা প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভের দিন থেকে কার্যকর হবে।

☞পছন্দ না হওয়া, ইচ্ছে পরিবর্তন, বা অযৌক্তিক কারণে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না।

☞ভুল, নষ্ট বা ভাঙা পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার না করে দ্রুত ছবি বা ভিডিও পাঠাতে হবে এবং ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে।

☞রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতাকে কুরিয়ার চার্জ বহন করতে হবে (যদি পণ্যের সমস্যা না থাকে)।

☞পণ্য অবশ্যই অরিজিনাল বক্স/প্যাকেটে ফেরত দিতে হবে।

☞একই পণ্য একবারের বেশি ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না।

☞যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ/রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়:

☞প্রোডাক্ট বার্ন বা ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ হলে

☞ক্লিয়ারেন্স সেল পণ্য

☞প্রোডাক্টের সিল বা স্টিকার খুলে ফেলা হলে

☞ফ্রি গিফট আইটেম

☞প্রোডাক্টে দাগ বা রিসেল কন্ডিশনে না থাকলে

✪রিটার্ন প্রসেস:

☞সব অ্যাক্সেসরিজ, পেপার, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড ইত্যাদিসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।

☞পণ্য রিসেলযোগ্য অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে, না হলে গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

☞পণ্য ঠিক থাকলে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।

☞পণ্যের ফল্ট থাকলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ দোস্তি বহন করবে; অন্য ক্ষেত্রে চার্জ কাস্টমার বহন করবে।

যদি পেমেন্টকৃত অর্ডারের প্রোডাক্ট স্টক না থাকে বা সমস্যা থাকে এবং স্বল্প সময়ে সমাধান সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
রিটার্ন পণ্যের অবস্থা যাচাই করার পর রিফান্ড নিশ্চিত করা হবে।

☞ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড

রিফান্ড সময়সীমা:

☞রিকোয়েস্টের ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড ইনিশিয়েট করা হবে

☞কার্ড পেমেন্টে ৫-৭ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে

✪রিফান্ড চার্জ:

পণ্যের সমস্যা ছাড়া অন্য কারণে রিটার্নে ঢাকার ভিতরে ১০০ টাকা, বাইরে ২০০ টাকা + প্রসেসিং ফি কেটে নেওয়া হবে

ডিসকাউন্ট/অফার কন্ডিশন:

ডিসকাউন্ট বা ক্যাশব্যাক রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়; শুধুমাত্র আসল প্রদত্ত অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

We strive to ensure that every purchase and every product you receive is correct. However, if the product has any manufacturing fault, does not work upon arrival, or differs in color or size from your order, you are eligible for an exchange or return.
In cases of missing items or wrong product delivery, you must check the product in front of the delivery agent or record an unboxing video. Without an unboxing video, such claims will not be accepted.

DOSTY provides a 7-day replacement warranty on most products, along with additional warranties on certain items, effective from the date of receipt.

☞Products cannot be returned for reasons such as "change of mind" or other unjustified causes.

☞In case of wrong, defective, or broken items, do not use the product; send photos/videos promptly and return within 7 days.

☞Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer (unless there is a product fault).

The product must be returned in its original box/packaging.

The same product cannot be returned more than once.

☞Return/Exchange/Refund not applicable for:

☞Burned or physically damaged products

☞Clearance sale items

☞Products with seals or stickers removed

☞Undergarments

☞Free gift items

☞Products with scratches, stains, or non-resalable condition

✪Return Process:

All accessories, papers, warranty cards must be included in the return.

The product must be in resellable condition, otherwise it will be rejected.

If all is in order, refund will be initiated within 72 hours after inspection.

If the product has a fault, DOSTY will bear the delivery charge; otherwise, the customer will bear it.

If a paid order’s product is out of stock or has a problem that cannot be resolved quickly, a refund will be issued.
Refund will be confirmed after evaluating the returned product's condition.
