সেকশন ১ – সাধারণ শর্তাবলী

পণ্য মূল্য ও স্টক:

☞ যেকোনো পণ্যের মূল্য এবং প্রাপ্যতা সম্পূর্ণভাবে স্টকের ওপর নির্ভরশীল। যদি কোনো পণ্য স্টকে না থাকে, Dosty.net যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আপনাকে জানাবে এবং বিকল্প পণ্য প্রস্তাব করবে অথবা অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান করা থাকলে রিফান্ড করবে (আমাদের Refund Policy অনুসারে)।

☞ ব্যবসার ধরন, প্রাকৃতিক অবস্থা, বৈশ্বিক পরিস্থিতি, ইনকামিং স্টক বা সোল্ড আউট হওয়ার কারণে অর্ডারের পরও স্টক না থাকতে পারে।

☞ যেকোনো সময় পণ্যের মূল্য পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। পরিবর্তন হলে অর্ডার পাঠানোর পূর্বে আপনাকে জানানো হবে।

☞ Dosty যেকোনো সময় যেকোনো সার্ভিস, অফার বা ডেলিভারি পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

Product Price & Availability:

☞ The price and availability of any product depend entirely on stock. If a product is unavailable, Dosty.net will inform you as soon as possible and may suggest an alternative product or refund (as per our Refund Policy).

☞ Due to business type, natural conditions, global situations, incoming stock, or sold-out status, products may be unavailable even after placing an order.

☞ Prices may change at any time without prior notice. If changed before dispatch, you will be informed.

☞ Dosty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, offer, or delivery at any time.

☞ আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি পণ্যের রঙ, সাইজ বা ভেরিয়েশন সঠিকভাবে প্রদর্শন করতে। তবে ডিভাইস সেটিংস, ডিসপ্লে কালার ক্যালিব্রেশন ইত্যাদির কারণে বাস্তবে কিছুটা পার্থক্য হতে পারে।

☞ Discount coupons or gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after a successful order.

☞ Dosty may modify or cancel any offer at any time.

সেকশন ৬ – ভুল তথ্য ও ত্রুটি

☞ অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিতভাবে পণ্যের মূল্য, বিবরণ বা স্টক সংক্রান্ত ভুল তথ্য থাকতে পারে।

☞ এ ধরনের ভুল পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই সংশোধন বা অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

Section 6 – Errors & Inaccuracies

☞ Unintentional errors regarding product prices, descriptions, or stock may occur.

☞ Such errors may be corrected or orders canceled without prior notice.

☞ পণ্যের গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করতে Dosty ডেলিভারির আগে কোয়ালিটি চেক করে। সমস্যা থাকলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।

☞ স্টক না থাকা বা অপ্রত্যাশিত কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল হয়ে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হতে পারে।

Section 7 – Order Cancellation

☞ ওয়েবসাইট বা সার্ভিসে হস্তক্ষেপ

Section 8 – Prohibited Uses
The following actions are prohibited and may result in account termination—

☞ Violating laws

☞ Infringing intellectual property rights

☞ Discrimination or harassment

☞ Providing false information

☞ Uploading viruses or harmful code

☞ Stealing personal information

☞ Spamming or illegal data scraping

☞ Sharing obscene or unethical content

☞ Interfering with the website or service
